I would not recommend becoming a patient at this office because of the unprofessional service given by the staff. I really suffered at the hands of the staff and obtaining doctor's orders for breast cancer screenings. I was told by the Lynn Sage Breast center that I needed (2) orders. One that stated "second opinion." When I asked the nurse for this at the office and told her that the center would gladly go over the wording with her she said, "I've worked here for 10 years and never heard of a second opinion needed for an order!"

When I nurse called my cell phone and did not leave her name, I called the office back and told them they left a message. The nurse told me, "We have lots of people who work here and there is no way we can tell who called you!" (I had to drive to the office to find out the status of my orders for my screening, luckily the receptionist was kind and brought up my file on her computer.

When the radiologist and Dr. Goldman Snow discussed my case - they decided that I needed an MRI of both breasts. When I called the office to get the order faxed to NW MRI imaging I was told by Maria that "they" should have told me how to write the order. I felt so uncomfortable paging the radiologist and having to ask her to tell me how to write the order so I could tell this to Maria and she could find someone at the office to help her to write it. I was lucky because the radiologist was patient and told me the wording.
