This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.
