They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
