In Sept of 2011 I had a cyst rupture and was in the ER for it. Followed up with DR. Neilson who told me everything was fine. My Husband and I both went to the appointment and asked if the IUD Mirana needed to come out. We were told NO! Not even a year goes by before another Cyst ruptures end up back at the ER except this time the ER also fines signs of an Infection in my intestines . I was to follow up with the OB GYN & GI Specialist. I followed up with the GI specialist who did a great Job with Patient care and finding the problem. There was an infection in my stomach caused my Medication. The GI Specialist stating it would have had to been taken in the last 3 months. The only thing I was on was the MIRANA!. So I finally call the office for Neilson and had to call 3 times and still not response from the DR. I called back for a forth time and asked to just schedule an appointment to get the Mirana out. I tell the Lady of the phone I DO NOT want top see Neilson and she tries to give me an appointment with Him. I explained AGAIN I DO NOT want to see him. I get an appointment with Terry and come to find out NEILSON has put a note in my chart that the IUD needed to come out a YEAR AGO!!!!!
1) he lied to my husband and I
2) the office they do not get back to you in a timely matter and their response is “If you don’t hear from the DR in an hour or so call back” I’m sorry but I Pay for insurance and Pay co pays. I have seen good DR’s offices and Bad ones this is a bad one. They act like you are not important. The front office staff is also rude I had a question about the co pay and the lady talked to me like I was dumb. Im not dumb. I have been through a lot in the past 2 months because of your DR Lying to my husband and I.
