I like a provider who is very friendly and at least puts on the appearance of caring about me as a patient. I'm dealing with a difficult gynecological diagnosis and this provider doesn't even seem to be interested in helping me address how difficult this operation will be for me. I am going to another provider who will hopefully be more understanding.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
