I took my 81 year old mother to see Dr Jegans - as he is called when Desert Valley referred her when she requested a dermatologist. He told her he was a wound specialist and didn't know why she came to see him. She asked him about a type of treatment she received in Oregon for skin cancer on her face - one that minimizes scarring. He was the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever met. He told her she should have stayed in Oregon where people care about if they would have a scar. Here in Victorville, Adelanto etc. people are only concerned about enough food to eat and a place to live. He was so bad I thought he was kidding. He has a strong Indian accent - I have no problem with Indian doctors - but I thought that was where the miscommunication came from. NOT-he is just rude and arrogant. I am glad to see they moved him from Victorville to Adelanto - sorry Adelanto.
