I remember in my past having to go to the doctors when I was ill. I use to hate it cause the doctors seemed like they wanted to push meds on your constantly if you were having a problem. Than one day I met Dr. Susan Bursch at the Chestnut Ridge in Derry. I was seen for an upper respiratory infection. She was very kind and understanding. I than started to go to her Latrobe office. I found her to be knowledgeable and very understanding plus caring about her patients. All I can say there isn't too many doctors like her out there today.. Most doctors sugar coat things however doctor Bursch helps trigger the cause to fix the problem..I can honestly say I am very satisfied with her and the staff.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
