The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my over an hour wait time in the waiting room drag. I don't think the staff were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. 5 minutes is not enough time with a patient to know what is going on with them. Especially when the doctor most of the time never even lays a finger on you to do an exam. They check your weight, bp, heart rate and THATS IT. Its increasingly hard to get an appointment when you need it since the hospital bought out their clinic. The staff is RUDE and incompetent. Prescriptions are written wrong if you're lucky enough to get them written AT ALL. Doctor seems to "google" your complaints before she comes in the room and seems pretty clueless as to what to do to help you. Every patient that day seems to be told the same thing, "sinus infection/bronchitis.....take levaquin....see you in a month......." The nurses quit on a regular basis and you are stuck with incompetence there also. Try getting a referral to a specialist.....it takes weeks to months because the correct info is never sent to the specialist. Like the woman personally but she is a poor excuse for a doctor.. I wish they had been a little more professional.
