Karen Hundermer has been my primary care physician for about 12 years. I have never had a problem. She is a concerned and thorough doctor. I never feel rushed. She takes her time and explains everything in detail and answers all questions. I would not consider going to another physician.

They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
