I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Dr. Avila has been our family doctor for over 20 years and am dreading the day he retires. Can't imagine goiing anywhere else.

I had the WORST ever doctor experience with this place! The nurse practitioner was great, but the doctor was terrible! He wouldn't even listen to why I was at the doctor, just kept telling me "I don't have an answer for that". Well then why the heck are you a doctor? I would NOT recommend this man to anyone just based on his initial biased behavior. He was the most worthless doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.
