Dr Kane is actually a good doctor and I like him, but I have changed to another medical provider because of ROBIN the receptionist. After seeing the Doctor, ROBIN does not allow any further contact with him to ask the Doctor any follow up questions. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. ROBIN is not friendly in the least; I really don't feel welcome there. The receptionist, ROBIN, is very rude and disrespectful. She makes up her own rules, and countermands my insurance company's policies for her own benefit. The other nurses employed at this office are very nice and pleasant, but ROBIN is the reason that I've moved on.
