They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
