Our patients range from new-borns, to school-going children, to young adults, to college students, adults, to seniors. We treat chronic conditions as well as routine conditions. We have a lab onsite to help with blood tests.


Preventative Care has been a primary focus of ours. We will contact you informing you of required tests such as Mammograms, Pap-Smears, Physicals, and immunizations.


Immunizations including Seasonal influenza vaccine and Swine Flu vaccines: Please call our office to receive these vaccines. We work within guidelines to offer these vaccines to you.


After Hours and Weekend Needs: In case of an emergency, call 911. You may reach us after hours by calling our office. The answering service will assist you in finding an urgent care center or speaking to a provider. Please check with the front office for the Urgent Care centers near you.


Aesthetics: All aesthetic procedures are now performed under San Dimas Family Practice. This includes procedures such as Laser Hair Removal, IPL: Photo Rejuvenation, Acne Treatment, Laser Spider Vein Treatment, Microderm Abrasion, Chemical Peels, Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm, and Perlane

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
