Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. The receptionist was texting and laughing incessantly. I believe that she is improperly trained, tacky and annoying! Dr Willis repeatedly talks about his staff down to who's hooking up and who lives together! WHO CARES! He tells stories about himself and his staff, and, I completely forget why I am there. However, I do walk out with a prescription. One time the pharmacist refused to fill it due to drug interactions. I think he's so busy talking he forgets what meds you are on and gets out his golden pen and writes! I'm so glad I did not overdose! If I went to an ER the Drs look at me crazy when I list my meds as if "who the hell prescribed these to you?!" I feel as if they are looking at me as if I were a pill junkie. It was embarrassing. I do not recommend his Concierge services and will tell you to stay away! I was told by one of my specialist's that "he needs to go back to being a real Dr.!" Good luck. Think 3 times before you join his group. It will cost you $ and possible your life. I also thought most Drs owned their own practices. He has a young man under 24-25 I believe running it. Check the Consumer Affairs business licensing dept if you are unsure!
