I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
