It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I'm a disabled veteran, and I'm just trying to schedule a routine appointment. I've called three different numbers to three different locations, and I get the feeling that the receptionists are just trying to get rid of me. Dr. Camosy has always been a very good doctor, but Wellmed clearly no longer wants to have anything to do with disabled veterans who are covered through the VA. Once you have no money, you find out very quickly that all of the people who said that they were grateful for your service are really only grateful for your money.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
