My issues were not follow-up or obnixious cologne. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the office, which wasn't great. Also, the woman at the front desk always seems frazzled and does not appear to handle stress and a busy office atmosphere well. Walking in, I got the vibe of a free clinic; not an independent doctor's office. The two hour wait on two occasions was also very annoying in a lobby with too few chairs and very little space.
