Dr. Flores is an AMAZING DOCTOR but his STAFF is very INCONSIDERATE and NOT CARING at all. My mom had been in and out of the hospital the entire month of December so when I went to the clinic, I didnt bring my mom with me for the long wait. I got number 6 so soon as they call number 4, I called my mother in law to bring my mom over. Were 10 minutes away for his office. I got called and told the receptionist that my mom is on her way, she's just so weak. Elsie just blankly said that I will be bumped into number 14. (the last number) I told her that I've been there since 7:30 , told her about my mom's situation , that we had Christmas in the hospital, I dont mind being bump into the next number but not the very last because I have to go to work. But still look me in the eyes and said ''NO!!" , Its like being turned down to see the Doctor all and despite my mom's situation. Where was your heart ELSIE? It was cold and raining ... my mom was already outside!!
