They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying.
