I just love Dr. Reihsen! We've seen her for 10-15 years now. She's seen us through many health issues -- sometimes sending us on to a specialist, sometimes not.
She cares. She brings her dog (a big lab) to the office -- I've come to look forward to the visits. She asks questions, informs us, challenges us.
She's given me Pap Smear tests when my Gyn was unavailable and has given my husband his annual physicals as well.
She has a "memory" about my care, referring to the file to observe trends.
She asks about my family.
I trust her. She lets me know what the alternatives are and tells me when she is still unsure and needs to do some testing or wait it out. She tells me what to expect. She is kind, gentle, and highly intelligent. She is sensitive to those with special needs.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
