I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit.
