I specifically mentioned that we are looking for a family doctor.. At the first ever appointment the doctor did not even show up, or say Hi, even if she was in the office on the hall. I was served by the nurse practitioner.
My husband meanwhile missed his appointment because of a job emergency, and despite the fact that the financial agreement said $50 for missed appointment, we have been told we will be charged $180 and after have been charged $100.

We were escorted to the room and were waiting for the doctor.
INSTEAD of doctor Winiger we were treated by the NURSE PRACTITIONER.
Apparently doctor Winiger have Thursdays days off the office.
Nobody informed me of that when I called office to make an appointment.
Then Nurse practitioner start asking my daughter series of questions that have no connection to our visit.
It was psychological type of “test”. I also was asked do not participate (kind of shut up) in this and let my daughter speak.
Also was “asked” to leave the room when nurse was treating my daughter.
I AM VERY MUCH DISAPOINTED and UPSET.
1. The Personnel didn’t inform me that the doctor is not available on the appointment day.
2. We pay our copay like we visited doctor but were not treated by one.
3. Very unpleasant “test” and interference between mother and daughter by nurse practitioner.
Will not recommend this type of service to my friends or coworkers.
