I love this office. I love Dr. Shapiro. She's the best doctor I've ever had. She takes the time to listen to me and she's always smiling. The staff is excellent as well. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I wish all Doctor's were this good!!!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
