I was 10 mins late on my first appointment. I already fill out the paper work before my appointment and sent to his office one week ahead. The stuff told me he can not see me ever again and I can not reschedule him because I was late. The stuff told me I can never be late for his appointment even though I wait for a month to see him....

I know it was my fault to be late but it was my first appointment I donot know how to get there. The locate is really confusion and I have a sick five years old....anyway, I donot like him. Maybe just me but I guess patient can never be late in this office! Bad, I donot like him.
