The staff at best ignored me and at worst was rude and ignored what I had to say. I have never actually seen the doctor as both times I was there, I was dumped onto a physicians assistant. Even when I asked to see the doctor, I was refused !! They said they represented the doctor and that he would just back them up. I was told they would not fill my long term prescriptions ( I had years of records showing their necessity ) even though my previous doctor had lost his license and I was told by BWC Dr. Altic would be the doctor who should do so. They also took over two months to refer me to a new specialist who could fill my meds. So I suffered for that whole time.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
