They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their office equipment fine. I definitely felt safe under their care. The front desk staff is very friendly, but it's difficult to get anything handled once you leave. For instance, the staff takes 7 to 10 days to do a referral (and I was off work until I could see the doctor!) Another time, I faxed in an MRI report to them and it took 5 days for the doctor to see it! If I didn't like Dr Harper so much, I'd go somewhere else.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. Dr. Michael Harper is AWESOME! Wonderful bedside manner! Great with Kids. The Brickner Family!
