I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff was warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. He was fantastic in keeping me calm and comfortable and asked what i thought about different options, instead of just making the decision for me. He really works WITH you, not On you.
