Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
