This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. When I've made appointment,they've been ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've had long waits getting in to see the Dr.. I will absolutely return. I had a pleasant experience. i have a very complicated, involved medical & physical problems. I need someone that cares and takes the time to review my far it seems I have found it.I left Bassett Healthcare after 13 yrs and a new Dr that didn't even look at my history.
