Staff at window do not always acknowledge me when I come in; am not sure whether I have been recognized or not. Dr. Kielbasa is fine - professional, direct, and a good diagnostician. I trust him.

The Doctor paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The receptionist seemed like she could not be bothered and somewhere else to be but the medical assistant was very professional and very friendly. I was satisfied with my visit.
