The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting. The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
