I felt very rushed. . The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Dr. Boone's full attention is always on me and he never takes personal calls during my appointment. The wait time is horrible, the office staff does not give the information that is important to the consumer. Even with multiple call backs they still don't know what to say or most of the time even know who to refer you to. I have used him since 2006 it always rude, incompetent office staff. Have had two major issues in regard to last two prescriptions I had and no one would help me. I can't believe I am the only one that has a bad review for them. Wish my service and experiences had been only half as good.
