Dr Magano has a staff that is horrible. They are rude and unfriendly and completely not helpful on the phone or in person. There attitude is "annoyed" which is a poor representation of his practice! His hours and appointment schedule are completely unaccommodating.... 3 months minimum wait for appointments and then you still wait an hour to see him in the office, apparently his time is the only valuable time. He has an aggressive protocol which I like however due to the fact that it is not always the "norm" availability to converse with your patients becomes even MORE IMPORTANT. He does not return calls nor does his staff. Message after message even when my son was having a bad reaction to a medication prescribed ... UNACCEPTABLE. This is my child, if i can't have a conversation with my child's doctor when I am having an issue or my child is responding in a way that I am concerned, then this is NOT the DOCTOR for my child. . I do understand we are all busy , so it can be on a time frame that works for the dr, but at least have a nurse practitioner call me back to relay a message. I will not be returning.... DONE ..

I saw Dr Castro-Magana many years ago. Having now had to be in a different state since my endocrine issues recurred, I have had to meet many new endos. Until the 1 I have now, none compared.
