This past February 23 I went to start my medical record in this facility, everything was ok until I got a bill telling me I own $13.34 for some venipunture I did not received. This office charge my medical insurance for a service they did not rendered. I tried to resolve this inaccurate bill with the Doctor secretary and his nurse supervisor to no avail. They told me they will take care of this situation with the billing department. Now in April I received the second notice for a bill that is not accurate. Now I will contact my medical insurance to report the fraudulent charge of a venipunture that never was performed.
