One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I felt safe in the doctor's care, and her reports were thorough, although I didn't like that the physician, when my tests came back, was replaced by her assistant to guide me through important medical options. The one thing that I really didn't enjoy about this place was the low level of customer service from the front desk staff. Their patients' treatment is borderline rude (like ignoring you for several minutes as you're standing there to ask a question). Calling to make an appointment or to inquire about anything is frustrating, so say the least. The receptionist is dismissive, unfriendly and makes you feel you're bothering her.
