I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The doctor was friendly enough during our appointment. I wasn't too impressed with their manner. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was promised to bring my testosterone levels back to normal, absolutely failed, in fact made them even lower than when I first met the doctor. I ended up having a rash from the particular medication, at that time I was told to get off it and basically go somewhere else, instead of fixing the problem. If moronology was a medical practice Dr. Pilona would fit in that category.
