I have been very pleased with Dr. Coo and his staff and his office setup. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field, but approachable as a person. The wait room is at the check-in counter when you walk in and there are plenty of chairs for sitting and magazines to read. You hardly ever have to wait much past the scheduled time. Dr. Coo is very friendly and relaxed so you feel comfortable asking questions when you meet with him. You can count on him to follow up on calling in prescriptions or calling about lab test results. All and all they run a very well organized office.
