One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
