I used to work for a chiropractor in college and I have seen many chiropractors in the past, and left a very good one when I moved. Dr. Arnold was recommended to me and I am very happy with my care. Their office is easy to get into and my initial visit was very thorough. He did movement tests and then an adjustment and even took time to do some muscle work in my very tight hips. I am going now for regular care and bringing my family as well.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
