I walked into the office after a horrible experience with another local chiro (mejia chiropractor-DO NOT GO TO THEM!!) The ladies at the front counter tried their best to get me to be seeing that same day but they had other patients, but they got me in the 1st thing the following day. When I met Dr. Montero, he was stands by his mission. His main concern was getting me to a state of comfort. He understood the pain I was encountering, I could see he wanted to do so much more. I was having a severe case of TMJ.
Dr. Montero informed me that he would be gone for a week, but that if I felt discomfort, headaches to come into his office. He left instructions to his staff to provide massage therapy for me.
After just one adjustment and therapy session, the headaches have subside, the soreness in my jaw is getting better. I have a treatment plan to see him 2x a week. I am so looking forward to next Tuesday.
Thank you Dr. Montero and to your wonderful staff that made me feel welcomed.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
