They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was very skeptical when I left my first appointment. I definitely doubted their abilities. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. The bigist issue is that it takes 3 trips and over a week before they even attempt to work on your problems. This means no relief for over a week.
