I called and setup and appointment for 4:00 pm in January. I had the appt on my calendar and wrote it down and confirmed it back to her. I showed up 10 minutes early since it was my first appt and I wanted to make sure I was on time. The "waiting room" had lights on, but the door was locked. I knocked on the door several times, but no one answered. After 15 minutes, I called and left a message. I called again and left a message at 4:25 and left after waiting in the hallway for 30 minutes. Dr. Riley never called me back. The drive from my house to her office is 45 minutes one-way.

I gave one star since it wouldn't let me send this review with 0 stars.

The office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've gone to for an appointment. I was able to relax very easily. My appointment times have been reliably scheduled and started on time. It was not difficult to get an appointment. She works to have a flexible schedule and get patients in as quickly as possible. I was very satisfied with my visit. she was helpful, insightful, and knowledgeable, and I left feeling encouraged.
