Michele is a wonderful therapist. Her office is comfortable and inviting and right next to a dunkin donuts which is wonderful! The first day we met Michele she was so sweet and made us feel right at home. My fiance and I were going through a rough time in our lives and felt that couples therapy might be our last hope...We met with her once a week for a few weeks and she really helped us get back on our feet. She wasn't pushy at all when it came time for us to stop going weekly. She simply said "come as you please." It is comforting to know that she will be there if times get hard again. She sent us a Christmas card which I thought was just so sweet. I highly reccomend Michele Seligman as a couples therapist and greatly appreciate her help.
