Services As a solution-oriented therapist, my focus in working with clients, is to first listen to and understand their concerns and feelings. Secondly, I want to understand what it is that client's would like as a result of coming to therapy. Some are looking for support and validation of their beliefs and feelings. Others feel stuck in their life and want direction in how to resolve certain life problems and patterns. And still, others want to learn how to better manage a particular situation, stress, their health, or pain.
Since every person is different, my approach to therapy is to tailor the treatment to each individual, couple, or family's needs. I am very curious about what you have tried on your own to improve your situation and address your concerns. I want to know what has helped and what has not worked for you. I am interested in your strengths and abilities, and areas that you want to develop or improve on. Creepy, Very strange, I had seen this person one time only because he just starred out the window, hardly said anything the entire time. Guided nothing at all. I had someone that waited for me in the waiting room because we were going to go on somewhere after. He asks "are you going to have that person come with you again?" This was even more odd because as the woman from the previous appointment was coming out of the room, she was laughing very odd and her blouse was all undone. He was very happy and honestly it seemed like something went on between the two of them. So creepy and terrible.
