He seemed to lack patience and the ability to engage young children in conversation. He is probably better suited for older children/adolescents. However, there was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They didn’t rush my appointment at all. I was able to say everything I needed to say. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
