My wife and I saw Mesch for marriage counseling despite the fact that his office was very far away from Central Miami. We arrived on time and waited less than 10 minutes for him to finish with the prior patient. His office was cramped and tiny ants were crawling all over the floor. He has no staff and he seemed somewhat distracted in listening to us. He commented briefly at the end of our appointment and we asked for another appointment despite the distance. Our marriage was on the verge of disaster, yet we were hopeful that Mesch could help us resolve our differences. We drove through a massive downpour for our second appointment, but were shocked when Mesch said that he "double-booked" the appointment time and the other patient was already in his office. He knew the fragile condition of our relationship and did not offer to see us afterwards but simply offered to see us on another day. My wife left in tears and her anger about Mesch made her feel more helpless and disgusted with marriage counseling. She refused to return to Mesch or any other marriage counselor. Marriage over. Counseling over. DO NOT GO TO MESCH IF YOU HAVE A CRISIS OR EMERGENCY IN YOUR LIFE (or if you don't like ants crawling on the floor)

I have noticed positive changes in our relationship since starting therapy. They have really helped us. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
