of anxiety, confusion, guilt and even hopelessness. Frequently, friends and family cannot provide the needed support or the confidentiality found in a therapeutic setting.

Please be careful with this or any other mental health provider. Although at the time I felt she was helpful, in reviewing my records I found a serious and upsetting error which this provider refused to expunge and could not remember why she felt it was appropriate at the time. It appears these providers are autonomous. The sad thing is, it may have been a simple transcription error. Now it is mine to live with. I would advise that you ask to see records or discuss diagnoses after each meeting. We trust these providers, and sometimes our trust is misplaced.

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
