Menla is a serene sanctuary located in a 320 acre valley in the Catskill Mountains of New York state. Surrounded by a national forest preserve, we are able to provide our guests with a wondrous and tranquil experience. Designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and convenience, our modern and comfortable eco-friendly facilities are an ideal setting for your group retreats, conferences, and spa vacations.



* The Nalanda Conference Center features a 250 seat, 4,000 square foot hall, several break-out rooms, Wifi Caf and a Bookstore.
* The Delos Inn and surrounding buildings offer comfortable accommodations, a yoga studio, a meditation sanctuary, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.
* In June of 2011, we intend to open the Mahasukha Spa facility.
