Infinite Light Yoga's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training offers a unique combination of education and exploration to teach the principles and practices of yoga. In this program, you'll not only learn to teach; you'll also learn to embody the principles of classical yoga, and you'll graduate with all the skills you need to be an excellent yoga teacher. You'll learn to teach asanas, as well as basic pranayama & meditation techniques, while you receive a firm foundation in anatomy & physiology, yogic philosophy, and teaching methodology.
