I finally hear that Bikram Yoga of Alpha has finally closed. I went to two classes of Jenny's, and I am not really sure why I even went a second time. I understand that studio rules are rules and if you bend for one, you have to bend for all. See what I did there?
However, the nasty, abrasive and rude manner that Jenny conducts herself in is atrocious. This is the good ol US of A, not Soviet Russia. Yoga of any kind should be calm and centered on peace. Not this studio. Glad to hear that the wicked old witch's studio at last is dead!

II rate this studio less than 5 stars. The teacher, Jenny, is one mean, crazy, control freak. Years of psychotherapy, as she will attest to, has not helped her overcome her less than idealistic russian upbringing. She is abrasive, crass and finds joy in humiliating people. After 21/2 years at $130/month I finally threw in the towel. Although I improved greatly in my abilities at executing the 26 asanas that make up the bikram sequence I was always compared to people who were better than me. She never once said an encouraging or nice word to me. She is the only person who teaches at her studio because no one else can be around her. She is Mean, nasty, abrasive, self centered and just plain awful. google alpharetta bikram yoga and you will see there are many others who are testifying the same scenario. Do yourself a favor, Do yoga, it is great, just stay away from Jenny of alpharetta Bikram. Her reputation precedes her and it is all true. She is evil.
